I had a vision where I saw many of God’s people caught in whirlwinds but these were not whirlwinds of peace or sent by the Spirit of God, these were whirlwinds that were being created by circumstances around them, the “chaos” and “busyness” and “stress” surrounding a lot of situations were attempting to bring the people of God to a place of losing their peace. In April last year the Lord began speaking to me a lot about birthing in the spirit and about pushing through discouragement to birth your promise. There have been many ‘false starts’, many ‘labour pains’ and some birthing, but the journey for many has still been difficult and long. I had an interesting vision today in worship, where I saw the Lord dressed as a mighty warrior and I saw Him marching and behind Him were hosts upon hosts of angels. I then released that He was walking into the enemy’s camp in the lives of believers and as I looked around, I could see things that belonged to the people of God that the enemy had stolen. I saw the Lord walk up to the enemy and He grabbed him by the throat. The thing is, as the He grabbed the throat of the enemy, the enemy turned into what looked like a cartoon character. From about November last year the Lord has been speaking to me about divine upgrades. I have been feeling the Lord saying “fire and favour” on families. The Lord is doing a DEEP work right now in the family unit. His Spirit is moving powerfully and bringing healing, restoration and freedom to families. As I sat with the Lord today I saw many chained in disappointment and stress. Many were feeling suffocated by the disappointments of the last year and the ‘mess’ that surrounds them currently. My heart ached as I saw again, so many of God’s people in fear that they had “MISSED IT”. In this vision I saw Jesus kneeling down to many and ministering to them. In worship this morning I saw many of God’s people and they were getting more and more dismayed with the ‘storms’ that surrounded them. In the midst of the storm, I saw the accuser of the brethren and he was whispering the lie “the storm around you is a sign that you have got it wrong. You were wrong to believe for great breakthrough, look around you, look around you. There has been a very specific assault against many with the sole purpose of stealing joy. An assault to steal expectation, hope, contentment and feelings of joy in all that the Lord is doing. I saw this assault as a very heavy weight and burden upon many. A heaviness and weariness that felt like the “life was being sucked out” of many.
