Lana Vawser Ministries General Policy Page

Lana Vawser Ministries exists to equip the body of Christ through prophecy and teaching. Our main obligation is to God, and we seek to serve him to the best of our abilities and understanding. We seek to serve the body of Christ as a ministry to God and the (universal) Church.

As Lana Vawser Ministries serves the Body of Christ, we trust and lean on the same Body for donations and financial support. We offer our prophetic ministry to the Body of Christ through posts via our website and social media free of charge and obligation. We require no financial commitment for subscription to this service but offer the capacity for donation to any who wish to financially support this ministry. Any and all donations are to be offered as a gift and are received as such. We will seek to steward donations well in support of the ministry and the workers who serve it. We may also use a portion to support other ministries as the Lord leads.

Further to our free online teachings, we may offer for sale teaching resources. These may include such things as books, DVDs, CDs, and online teaching. Such things may be offered for financial reward and will be subject to the delivery, refund and policies listed below. Revenue from these sales will be collected and used by Lana Vawser Ministries in a similar way to donations with due care and respect, as is the legal requirement for a non-for profit entity. This may include honorariums for invited guests, where an agreement has been made with them for a financial contribution to their ministry. Where royalties are generated through book sales, such royalties will go to the relevant authors and legal holders of IP unless another agreement has been reached.

Social Media

Social media is an integral part of communication for our ministry. In social media, we have access to personal information that has been made publicly available, and statements made are made in a public forum. If we use testimony from social media, it will be done in an anonymous way, unless a personal agreement has been made.

In participating and commenting in a Facebook live event, you are gathering in a public place with your agreeing to the broadcast of this information, although comments can be removed after they are posted. Sometimes during live sessions, personal names are called out, and personal propehtic words are given, which becomes an integral part of the Facebook Live video. While the video remains on Facebook in its original format, we also save and upload these videos on YouTube and our website. If your personal names are called out in a more than general way  (first name, last name), or personal prophetic words are given and you wish to remain anonymous or have any personal ministry time removed in further reproductions, please notify staff at [email protected], preferably within an hour of the broadcast end, so the relevant footage can be removed from the finished product.

We encourage social discord on social media, but it is necessary to moderate some comments we deem threatening to our workers or the community. It is up to the discretion of the moderator to determine acceptable limits on discussion. Online harassment is not acceptable, particularly comments that are personally attacking employees or workers of this ministry, or defamatory in nature. Screenshots of harassing comments may be archived, comments may be deleted and accounts may be blocked. In severe circumstances, authorities will be contacted.

Social media sites (Facebook, Youtube) collect data and analytics according to their relevant privacy policies. For information on their policies, please view the links bellow.

We conduct webinars from time to time, registrants are encouraged to participate in conversations and sometimes receive personal ministry. Such sessions are generally recorded and made available for registrants who cannot access the live session, or registrants who register after the sessions have finished. While video and audio collected generally does not have any delegate input, sometimes names are spoken out, and prophetic words are given directly towards that party. In participating in a live event, you are agreeing to the collection of this information and later broadcast in the form of video.

Intellectual Property

We often produce videos using Facebook Live, our own recording equipment, or borrowed recording equipment. While we often broadcast these videos in a public forum for the purpose of public viewing, we maintain our claim of intellectual property of that media. If you are interested in reproducing or re-broadcasting any media produced by Lana Vawser Ministries, (for example on another Youtube channel), please secure written permission first, by contacting us on our contact page.
