RECENTLY I HEARD THE LORD SAY ‘DRILL DOWN DEEP’

Recently I heard the Lord say, ‘Drill down deep.’ When the Lord spoke these words there was such a strong sense of intentional, laser-sharp focus.

As I leaned into the Lord’s heart and listened I heard:

‘My people, I am calling you to drill down deep in your place of intimacy with Me, and what I have called you to put your hands to in this hour. For I say unto you, I have seen there is great noise that is surrounding many of you and it is attempting to take your focus and the intentionality of stewarding what I have called you to put your hands to in this hour. There is a depth of revelation and divine strategy that I am releasing to you in this hour as you drill down deep in your focus upon that which I am calling you to do and put your hands to.

‘Be not distracted by the noise that surrounds you, come deeper into the place of communion with Me and focus upon Me. Do not allow the spirit of distraction to entangle you in this hour, but press deeply. Drill down deep into Me and that which I have called you to.

‘I say unto you, that where the enemy has come to weary you in distraction I am refining your focus and I am making it clearer than ever where you are to put your hands to in this hour. I say unto you, that where the enemy has come hard against you in this hour, pay attention to where that is: for that is a place where I am moving greatly and an area of promise and inheritance for you. For I say unto you, that where the enemy is pushing hard against you to weary you or steal your focus, stand strong and take authority over the distraction and close the doors to the noise that surrounds you.

‘I say unto you, that there are greater boundaries that many need to put in place to guard that which I am calling you to steward in this hour. I say unto you, there is a ferocious focus and an increase of My wisdom and boundaries to set in the areas I have called you to – to protect that which I am asking you to build.

‘For I say unto you, there are great pivots and changes happening right now, and you must walk in My wisdom in the changes and the pivots that are taking place. I am releasing greater insight on boundaries and strategies right now to be secured in place for what I am doing, what I am bringing you into, and what I am calling you to put your hands to. Continue to draw close to Me and give your ear to the instructions that I am releasing to you. For as you move forward in obedience to the strategies and boundaries I am calling you to implement, there will be a great establishment of that which I am doing and calling you to put your hands to. For I say unto you, I am fortifying deeply. I am fortifying intensely in this hour to establish and secure you and what I am calling you to put your hands to in this hour: but you must follow My lead.

‘I say unto you, apologise not for the boundaries and the strategies that I am calling you to implement right now. Apologise not for My wisdom, but follow My leading. Obey My instruction with intent and with boldness, and watch the flourishing move of My Spirit and My hand in your midst.

‘For I say unto you, I am refining your focus. For there are many who have had their eyes in too many directions and they have had their hands to too many things. I am calling you deeper, My people, into the quiet place to listen to My Spirit and to allow Me to refine your focus and to show you exactly where you put your hands to in this hour. For there is a spirit of distraction attempting to weary many, but there are many also with their eyes upon too many things and too many ‘works’ for Me that they are being worn thin in exhaustion. I say unto you, do only that which I am calling you to do.

‘Be careful in this hour to not expand in many directions quickly when I am calling you to drill down deeply on things that I have already placed before you. I say unto you, I am bringing you deeper into understanding My ways and My strategies. I am building strength within My people to build in My way and My wisdom, and to move with Me boldly even when it goes against the grain. I say unto you, that in this hour where I am establishing and leading you to tighten boundaries and strategies – and where My wisdom is calling you deeper and deeper to drill down in your focus and where you put your hands and your time – as you obey My ways, I am making room for greater moves of My Spirit in your midst.

‘As you drill down deep, you will see things that I will reveal to you that you need to see for the days ahead. As you drill down deep, you will find intricate insight in Me that will equip you for the days ahead. As you drill down deep, even in the refining, for many of you of where you put your hands or your focus in these days, you will see by My Spirit that I will bring you higher into My perspective and you will begin to see with a clarity that you have not seen before. I will awaken you to a higher perspective that you have not seen before. I say unto you, many have had their eyes in too many places and this is hindering your discernment and receiving the discernment from Me. Discernment that is needed for you to partner with Me in what I am doing and building, and to give you the discernment of what the enemy is doing and giving you the insight to know how to pray and to overturn that which the enemy has planned.

‘Keep your eyes firmly fixed upon Me and where I have called you to put your hands, and do not give your eyes to another.

‘Come deeper, My people, come and listen to My voice. Come into the quiet place and let Me speak to you and reveal to you that which you need to know in the call to “drill down deep”. I am going to highlight some areas in this hour that require your greater focus and attention. You must quiet yourself to hear and perceive where I am leading and speaking, and oh, the grace and the move of My Spirit that you shall see. There will also be great healing that will manifest in your midst in some of these areas that require your attention and focus where you have been distracted require My healing touch.

‘Oh, the healing that shall flow. Oh, the joy you shall know as you drill down deep into Me and where I am calling you to focus. My words and My presence in you and through you shall bring great restoration and healing.’
