I HEARD THE LORD SAY “GUARD YOUR HEART WITH ALL VIGILANCE”

This week the Lord showed me that there is a seducing spirit of the enemy that is coming against many to attempt to get them off their assignment and what the Lord is calling them to do and build with Him in this new era.
 
The Lord showed me that this seducing spirit is prowling through the body of Christ looking for areas of the heart that it can hook into to ‘lure’ God’s people into places of sin, complacency, and compromise.
 
I heard the voice of the Lord very strongly as He spoke over the body of Christ and He said “GUARD YOUR HEART WITH ALL VIGILANCE”
 
“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” (Proverbs 4:23 – ESV)
 
“So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life.” (Proverbs 4:23 – TPT)
 
I felt this warning from the Lord right now to GUARD YOUR HEART. Proverbs 4:20-27 is KEY right now:
 
“My son, be attentive to my words;
incline your ear to my sayings.
Let them not escape from your sight;
keep them within your heart.
For they are life to those who find them,
and healing to all their[a] flesh.
Keep your heart with all vigilance,
for from it flow the springs of life.
Put away from you crooked speech,
and put devious talk far from you.
Let your eyes look directly forward,
and your gaze be straight before you.
Ponder the path of your feet;
then all your ways will be sure.
Do not swerve to the right or to the left;
turn your foot away from evil.” (ESV)
 
I encourage you to take Proverbs 4:20-27 and meditate upon it and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you and minister to you. I believe that the Lord is sounding the alarm right now for God’s people to really guard their hearts, guard its affections and pay attention to the WELFARE of your innermost being.
 
It is SO important to be living in the wisdom of God and living from your heavenly seat (Ephesians 2:6) and the power of the transformed mind and not be SEDUCED by the ‘ways’ and ‘thinking’ of the world. This seducing spirit is singing a demonic lullaby of lies and lures to turn the affections of the heart of God’s people away from their Beloved, but it will not have its way as God’s people GUARD their hearts in Christ Jesus.
 
“Do not be conformed to this world,[a] but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” (Romans 12:2 – ESV)
 
PSALM 139:23-24
 
I have been heralding Psalm 139:23-24 for this new era for quite a while now because I believe this is a KEY in preparing ourselves for partnering with what the Lord is doing and will do in this new era.
 
“Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!” (ESV)
 
Embrace the Refiners fire and allowing Him to purge your heart. Incline your ear to what the Spirit is saying and His wisdom. Allow the Holy Spirit to come and correct, recalibrate, and realign your heart in this new era.
 
The Lord showed me that in the positioning before him of Psalm 139:23-24 the Lord is bringing great healing and deliverance. This seductive spirit is looking for areas of the heart that are broken, wounded, and hurting. It’s time to take those hurting, broken places to the Lord. It’s time to repent from sin that has entangled. It’s time to embrace the fire of His purifying and embrace your life in Christ like never before (John 10:10)
 
Many of you are moving into significant upgrades, significant shifts in your assignments and destiny and about to go to a whole other level of wisdom, understanding, clarity, and power of His Spirit flowing through you in your assignment, and the enemy is coming to attempt to ‘lure you away’. Some of these ‘lures’ will come in things that look “good” but they aren’t “God” and it will cause you to compromise, change or water down what the Lord has spoken to you. It is imperative to obey the Lord’s instruction right now and to move in and follow the wisdom of God and His strategy.
 
Take authority over this spirit of seduction and stay close to the heart of God. Stay deep in the Word and listening to the words flowing from His mouth (Matthew 4:4)
 
In this time of deep cleansing, purifying, and refining the Lord is preparing the Church to move into great exploits with Him that we have never dreamed or imagined, but He is looking for pure hearts and hearts completely devoted to Him. Hearts that are in love with Him and adoring Him.
 
Recognize the attack of the enemy, stand against it in the power of His Spirit. REMAIN in what He has spoken. Stay close to Jesus. I declare this seducing spirit will not have its way in seducing you back to sleep, for this is your moment of greatest AWAKENING.
