As I sat with the Lord today and just enjoyed being with Him, I kept hearing the phrase "Who said that..?" over and over again. It reminded me of Samuel hearing the voice of God in 1 Samuel 3. Samuel was SURPRISED by the voice of GOD.. there was a DIVINE INTERRUPTION that came into his world that released specific insight from the heart of God about what was to come. I pondered these words with the Lord "WHO SAID THAT..?" and the atmosphere around me was full of SURPRISE.
